I can only recommend them - consistent excellent customer service, high quality products, competitively priced, fast delivery. The last item was unavailable, customer service phoned me immediately to discuss the options - refund, keep on order and advise on probable delivery date. As soon as they got an update from their supplier, I received an email from customer service to advise. This communication is all personal, not automated, any computer Bots involved.
